Taking My Parents On Their Dream Vacation | Switzerland Vlog Part-1 | Interlaken Express

It was my dream to take my parents on their dream vacation. Finally, I got that chance. I took my parents to Switzerland. I have been planning this since last year. They were so happy to see heaven on earth.

The itinerary for this vlog:

I took a flight from London Heathrow to Zurich. From Zurich, we headed straight to Luzern or Lucerne, where we spent 3 nights covering the mountains and countryside of the Swiss Alps. We took the SBB train to travel in Switzerland from day 1 to day 8.

SBB Travel Card information:
Take the Swiss Half Travel Card (it is an ideal choice for travellers compared to the Swiss Pass) from the day you start your journey in Switzerland, It is valid for one month (mine is valid for one month, but do check it, please). I spent 108 GBP (10,000 INR) per person for the half card.
So, with this half card, you will get a 50 % discount on the train ticket you purchase.
Note: This is a half-card pass, you will still need to buy the train ticket for your respective journey. It will allow you to buy a ticket at half price.
Download the SBB Train app on your mobile phone and add your half-card details. It is a simple and easy app to use. Keep your half-card saved on your phone, as on the app it doesn't show. The TC will check everything, so make sure you have a half-card pass saved on your phone.

Day 1: We had a half day, so we did a city tour in Luzern, it is beautiful.

Day 2: We took the Interlaken-Luzern Express, a scenic train to Interken that takes you through Switzerland's most beautiful mountains and countryside. The breathtaking views of these mountains will literally make you cry. I have no words to express the beauty I witnessed. The train ride is for 60 minutes, and it is worth it. I would recommend it. The price was 17 CHF (swiss francs) per person after a 50% discount on the half card.
We spent a few hours in Interlaken, as it is a lovely town and sky activities can be done here, like paragliding. After this, we went to one of the countryside villages we saw on our way to Interlaken, It caught my eye.
The village is one distance from Luzern, called Lungern. It has this beautiful, aqua-coloured lake and scenic mountains around it. I would recommend visiting it for photography. It is such a peaceful village, so make sure you don't disturb the local people.
