I tried switching to a diet where I ate lots of refined sugars, but after a few months, I realized this wasn't the best diet for me. I slowly switched back and enjoyed some sugar here and there, but I never felt my best when I was eating sugar.
Everyone is their own person! :) I only want you to feel your best and keep yourself healthy according to your own needs. This video was made to help keep me on track and at the same time provide some meal ideas that I find to keep me satiated, energized, and happy :)
