In this more than normal personal video, I share and analyze selfies from my psychotic break in 2018 in New York City. Starting with happier images where I'm with my plushie Madame Bee--the mascot of the channel--at the 14th street subway station while attending EMS classes, I go through increasingly difficult times. The photos show my reality, from smiling subway selfies to images revealing puffy eyes from constant crying, culminating in a final bathroom photo where the light had left my eyes completely.

These pictures document my journey through rock bottom, marked by hallucinations, delusions, and intense emotional distress. While I don't remember taking most of these photos, they serve as powerful evidence of my recovery journey.

Today, I'm in a much better place thanks to medication and therapy, and Madame Bee no longer needs to accompany me everywhere - a testament to how far I've come from those dark days in NYC.
