Dismount HMMWV wheels the EASY way! Remove run flats (H1 Humvee Hummer Wheels)

I needed a way to dismount/ remove my tires and pull the run flat inserts from the H1 wheels so I farmed out the job to the cherry picker. It worked out great, but watch out for flying debris! These are 37x12.5x16.5 Goodyear MTR military tires and 24 bolt hmmwv wheels.
Note: Do this at your own risk lol
Also you can take a ratchet strap and squish the run flats to make them oval and come out easier!
