It has been observed rising incidence of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease leading to Cirrhosis. Most of the patients found to have fatty liver leading to NASH and Chronic Liver Cell Disease with Portal Hypertension. It is alarming to see that the number of healthy individuals found to have fatty liver in the community leading to a potential epidemic of cirrhosis in near future.
