For over a decade, #WoW has empowered a new generation of leaders in Kosovo, championing women’s participation in politics and laying the foundation for a more inclusive democracy.

Launched in 2012, WoW has become a powerful platform, breaking barriers for women in politics. We are proud that WoW alumni have become trailblazers, overcoming challenges and leading influential political initiatives, shaping Kosovo's political landscape.
