With every new edition of Odoo, new features are added to each module. Every project has a timeline, partner, customer rating, tasks involved, milestones, and the amount of hours needed to do the work. Each project's status is shown in a variety of colors, each of which denotes a distinct meaning, such as At Risk, Off Track, On Hold, and On Track.

In this webinar, we will be discussing how projects can be configured, how tasks and subtasks can be managed, How employees can add their timesheets, how the tasks and projects are billed, and some new features open and close status of tasks, multi-company environment, task recurrence, timesheeting billing rate, and leader board.

There may be a variety of jobs to do in some projects. The Task Dependencies feature may be used to establish the sequence of the tasks, which is crucial in certain situations.

You can select the Recurrent option and enter the period in the designated field to have the task repeated at predetermined intervals.
Activating the 'Project Stages' function will assist you in efficiently monitoring the advancement of your projects. Your projects can be arranged based on how they're going.
Every project and task entered into the database may be examined using the Reporting tool included in the Odoo Project module. To quickly identify the areas that require more attention and development, it is crucial to analyze all project-related actions at regular intervals. The Task Analysis tool is located in the Odoo Project module's Reporting menu, and it allows you to review the tasks that have been logged.
