New Dice and Minis for the Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game - just revealed!

Let's dig into everything we know about the new X-Men themed Dice and the two "new" non-random sets of 2-D Minis that were just revealed/leaked.

As we've seen in the past, CMON has a habit of letting information about new products leak. Can we trust the information that's out there? How does early info we get from CMON compare to what we get from Marvel Products? And if you're in the market for minis, but you don't want to wait until the end of the year for this potential release, what are your options?

For those who don't know, CMON (Cool Mini or Not) is the company that Marvel has contracted with to be their exclusive supplement producer. They made the original official dice, and ran the crowdfunded effort with Gamefound for the Deluxe Starter Set. There are also two additional products they have at least designed, but have not officially communicated details on. Really curious to know where other people stand on these 2-D minis. Are you willing to invest in them, without knowing whether or not CMON will make more than the 20 they've got in these sets? Are you as OCD as I am when it comes to mixing 2D and 3D Miniatures? How do you represent custom/unique characters at your table when you play in person?
