Peter Buffett, youngest son of Warren Buffett describes his childhood as freakishly idyllic. He discusses his parents love of music, them becoming liberal democrats and how his father coped with the passing of his mother.

Peter Andrew Buffett was born in Omaha, Nebraska and is Warren Buffett’s youngest child. He attended Omaha Central High School and Stanford University and began his musical career in the early 1980s in San Francisco. He recorded and produced albums and composed commercials for cable. Over his musical career, Buffett has worked with several studios, producing and scoring Academy, Grammy, and Emmy award winning music. Buffett founded the NoVo Foundation with his wife Jennifer, an organization that supports the development of capacities in people, individually and collectively, to help create a caring and balanced world.
