SAFETY MATERIALS
- Safety glasses
- Apron
- Nitrile gloves
- Respirator
- Ear protection (when grinding)

ETCHING MATERIALS shown in the video
- Well-ventilated area, preferably OUTDOORS
- Large Pyrex beaker
- Scientific hotplate
- Magnetic stirrer (or a submersible acid heater)
- etching mix (see data sheet for exact measurements)
- LOTS of baking soda on hand
- a large container of water with baking soda
- denatured alcohol on hand to clean the steel
- scientific thermometer
