Let’s release your neck 💆🏻‍♀️🌀
This is one of my favorite fascial neck releases — and I filmed this back in 2023!
But the wisdom still holds. Your jaw, clavicle, neck, and tongue are all connected — and when you release one, the others start to open too.

✨ Try this:
1. Right hand to your jaw
2. Left hand above your clavicle
3. Pin and gently stretch those points apart
4. Breathe… then stick your tongue out 👅
5. Make a sound (ah, ha, anything that flows)
6. Move around.
Notice how your tongue placement shifts the whole neck tension?

💡The tongue is fascia, too. The voice is fascia, too.
Your body already knows how to unwind itself.
