This session would outline 3 data hubs aimed at disseminating data around r, Demographics, and SDGs in different ways to reach a wide range of users. It would provide an overview of these tools and techniques used by DESA to disseminate the wide range of data and showcase different examples of how this information is communicated through maps, charts and graphs in a simple and complex manner. More specifically the session would outline the Worlds Women report and various stories and datasets accessible to users. It would also showcase the Demographic Yearbook data now made available through interactive means and lastly showcase the existing SDG Data that has been added and improved upon throughout the years of reporting on the SDGs. There will be a discussion on the future direction of these data and applications and general discussion on the technical aspects of this work.
