This video is how to properly install a contact frame to lower CPU temps on the 12th and 13th Gen CPU's. When installing, do note, not to tighten the screws on the Contact frame or air cooler too tightly. If you do it will result in a blue screen on your computer and you will need to loosen them in order to fix that problem.
