How to configure the checker blocks for the regenerator of the glass kiln?

The checker body is an important component of the regenerator's heat storage and heat transfer. The checker blocks are required to be resistant to high temperatures, resistant to corrosion, high heat storage, fast heat transfer, and good resistance to rapid cooling and heating.
Different alkaline checker blocks are used according to the different temperatures and fly materials at the top, upper, middle, and bottom of the regenerator.
The commonly used checker brick configuration methods for the regenerator's checker body from bottom to top are:
low-porosity bonded bricks or sillimanite bricks → direct-bonded magnesia-chrome bricks or magnesia-zirconium bricks or forsterite bricks containing 12% chromium → 96% high-purity fused magnesia bricks → 98% high-purity fused magnesia bricks → magnesia-zirconium bricks (VZ) or sintered zirconium corundum bricks;

in order to save investment, for the regenerator checker body with less fly material erosion, the top can be built without magnesia-zirconium bricks or sintered zirconium corundum bricks, the 98% high-purity fused magnesia bricks can be directly laid to the top.
