In the video I have tried to give you all a detailed information about the Fixed Deposit premature withdrawal/closure penalty charges of all banks . Premature penalty are levied by banks when a fixed deposit (FD) is closed before the completion of the full FD tenure i.e the tenure selected at the time of opening the FD. In case of premature withdrawal, the investor has to pay a certain amount as a penalty to the bank. The amount charged by the bank as a penalty is generally from 0.50 % to 1.00 % of the interest.
