Keeping Medi-Cal coverage is not always easy even when you are still eligible. Families have reported experiencing difficulty reaching Medi-Cal workers to answer questions and for help renewing their coverage–long call wait times and dropped calls.

The Children’s Partnership commissioned WestGroup Research to survey Medi-Cal call centers across the state to better understand what families are experiencing when they call to renew. In this webinar, the researchers will be sharing their findings.
