Описание к видео Port of Manatee Metal Recycling Plant Fire (SMFR HazMat/UAS Response)

on April 9 2022, Southern Manatee was requested by North River FD to respond to a fire at the metal recycling facility at the Port of Manatee. SMFR assisted with foam operations and utilized our UAS capabilities to assist with firefighting.
We flew 20+ missions over the course of 12 hours. The UAS was used to assist ladder truck operations by guiding master streams to the difficult to reach fires which were located deep inside the 30' mountains of scrap metal.
