Manipur Protest: Stone pelting, tear gas fired, internet suspended as students protest intensifies

Amid rising protests students hit streets in Manipur over recent drone, missile attacks by Kuki militants. Many students from various schools, colleges and universities in Imphal rallied towards Raj Bhavan on September 10. Huge chaos emerged in front of Raj Bhawan Gate as angry students pelted stones at police. Police fired tear gas and used batons to disperse students. Internet services have been suspended in Manipur effective from September 10
