4th red alert in Kerala as state reels under floods

As water levels continue to rise in rivers and reservoirs of Kerala, a fourth red alert has been issued for Idukki reservoir and the shutter of 24 dams have been opened. Heavy rain and floods have killed at least 29 people in Kerala.
