“‘Wel-E-Ka-How’ Region Seven Cub-Scout Leaders Training Pow Wow” (1947) is a color, amateur-made film documenting a leadership training event for Cub Scout leaders at College Camp, the summer home of George Williams College in Wisconsin. The film offers a detailed look at the activities, workshops, and camaraderie that featured throughout the gathering, from basket weaving and handicrafts to nature studies and dramatics, highlighting the multifaceted skills and reflecting the values emphasized in scouting programs during the mid-20th century.
