1 package vamazelli/vermicelli noodles (10 oz)
2 cans evaporated milk (3 cups)
1 cup whole milk
2 cups water
3/4 can condensed milk (depends on your level of sweetness)
8 cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. ghee or butter
1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/3 cup raisins
