This Sudoku uses the Ratio Pairs and Row Indexing constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Ratio Pairs: a black dot indicates a 1:2 ratio between the digits (no negative constraint)
• Row Indexer: if a green cell (R,C) has value V then cell (V,C) has value R (no negative constraint)
