NO CORNFLOUR HEALTHY SWEETCORN SOUP - Normally its made with cornflour, but we are making it without it. Follow the recipe steps carefully, then this way you will not have to add cornflour. Here is the recipe -
take two sweet corn; one of which you just cut in 2 piece and keep aside. And another corn you remove kernels
In a pressure cooker, take chopped ginger, garlic, onion & celery (optional)
-Saute in 1 tsp butter and then add salt, black pepper & already removed corn kernels and some water
Also keep the whole 🌽 corn inside to cook upto 2 whistles
open the cooker and keep aside the whole corn. and take the corn mixer into the mixer jar to make smooth puree
now take this puree into a pan and add water to adjust consistency
once soup is boiled, add boiled corn kernels, carrot and coriander. You can add more veggies if you like.
