INGREDIENTS:
🌿1 cup grated cabbage
🌿1 cup grated cauliflower
🌿1/4 cup grated carrot
🌿1/4 cup chopped capsicum
🌿1 tsp ginger garlic paste
🌿1/3 cup cup rice flour
🌿1/4 cup corn flour
🌿1/2 tsp black pepper powder
🌿1/4 tsp red chilli powder
🌿 salt to taste
🌿1/3 cup water
🌿1 tsp olive oil

For Gravy :
🌿1/2tsp chopped ginger
🌿1tbsp chopped garlic
🌿2 green chilli
🌿1/4 cup chopped onion
🌿half capsicum
🌿1/4 cup spring onion chopped
🌿1/4 tsp black pepper powder
🌿1/2 tsp salt
🌿1 tbsp soya sauce
🌿 1 tbsp red chilli sauce(optional)
🌿1/2 tsp schezwan sauce
🌿 1 tbsp ketchup
🌿1/3 cup water
🌿1tsp cornflour+2tbsp water (paste)
🌿spring onion for garnishing

This healthy and tasty dry restaurant style manchurian is for all the health freaks out there who don't want to compromise on taste and yet want to satisfy their spicy cravings. The manchurian balls are not deep fried and i have not used any refined flour ( maida) for binding. Hope you like this recipe. Do let me know in the comments:)
