vs Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 | Royal Enfield Shotgun FAQ #2

Описание к видео vs Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 | Royal Enfield Shotgun FAQ #2

If you're looking for comfort, neither motorcycle cuts it in India, but as stylish, good-looking motorcycles, the Super Meteor and the Shotgun present two different options for your garage. Three things to think about. First, the Super Meteor is the more spacious and practical of the two motorcycles The seat and rack game of the Shotgun is nice but it won't prove as useful as you think and many will park that and use it as a single-seat bobber style motorcycle instead. Second, despite our first point, the Super Meteor is way too stiff to be comfortable in Indian conditions and this is the biggest negative that you need to make sure you get a feel for when you take a test ride. The Shotgun has slightly more rear suspension that does allow it to feel noticeably more comfortable.... But it's far from being comfortable, despite that, fair warning. Third, if you're thinking about these two as a motorcycle you can travel on, you should know that despite the appeal of the long-low cruiser format, these are far from great tourers, India suddenly has a handful of 400cc-class bikes that will out-travel these two quite easily. The point is, the biggest reason is the aesthetic you prefer to choose between them and the other reason is comfort where the Shotgun has a slight edge.
