Visiting VBM Factory | Milano, Italy | 11 April 2022

Meeting Christiano, the boss of the VBM as well as Dan, the export manager and also all the super friendly technicians in the VBM factory are the most memorable things during the visit.

Chatting with Christiano not only on coffee but world affair, considering situations in Italy and in Singapore and Malaysia as well as talking about the educational systems is engaging and exciting as I get to know a lot more about Italy.

Of course I get to know how the coffee scene works for the cafe here with the local coffee roasters and the situation that Italian espresso machines maker are facing when dealing with clients such as the coffee roasters as well as directly to the consumers.

I have gained many valuable insights to many things on top of coffee.

It's a pleasure to be in the VBM factory and feels the vibes between fellow workers at the factory. Not just work only, colleagues will joke among themselves a d having fun, of course still being serious about their job.

But I feel the family bonding between them.

That is probably the type of company that I will choose to work in.
