We start with an introduction to our bikes , the Ghost ASX 6.7+ , setting up the bike and looking at the settings.

We get the climb out the way as quickly as possible and then jump into the full trail for each Blue trail at the 7 stanes MTB park Glentress.

This is a guide to be watched before going to Glentress for your first time, to give you and idea of what to expect, so the downhill sections are not edited but are the full trails.
