No “sugar” (refined sugar of course) recipe was new to me and I loved it ❤️

1. Organic and non-gmo ingredients, never have the negative impact in our bodies and on our planet as the genetically modified stuff and pesticides and chemicals do. We #consciously #purchase and #support #nongmo and #organic #materials ❤️ because we #love #nature and we’re #natural beings

2. Put all below ingredients at once in your blender and mix well;
3 eggs
90 grams oil(I used olive, you can use sunflower or canola because they’re lighter hence fluffier if you’d want to)
half teaspoon vanilla extract
100 grams of pitted dates (the softer dates the better and more harmoniously sweet your batter, i used #iranian #mazafati #dates )
30 grams honey
200 grams shredded carrot
30 grams walnuts (pieces)

3. After first mix add all below ingredients at once and blend once again;
240 grams bread flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon allspice powder (if you don’t have allspice , mix these three in powder form instead: nutmeg+cloves+cinnamon)
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 grams yogurt (I forgot to add yogurt and salt, so I did separately, you don’t have to)

4. Oil brush your mold lightly, and pour your batter into it. Then tap the mold to release air bubbles

5. Bake at a “well preheated” oven for half and hour 390F
