Welcome back to BodeVision, your go-to channel for captivating automotive content! In this exciting episode of our shop truck build series, we continue our journey of transforming a 1968 Ford F350 by body swapping it onto a modern Lincoln Towncar chassis. Join us as we showcase the latest advancements and upgrades in our project.

First, we address the importance of rust prevention by laying down primer in the cab. I start off with the application of DTM Epoxy primer, ensuring that the fresh metal remains protected from corrosion, prolonging the lifespan of our beloved truck.

Next, we venture into the realm of custom fabrication as we embark on building speaker panels. Experience the thrill as we cut 18-gauge sheet metal and skillfully bend it using our bender. Adding a touch of uniqueness, we enhance the panels with stylish dimple die holes, creating a visually appealing backdrop for our audio system.

Moving on to the engine bay, we push the boundaries of customization by custom fitting trailer fenders as wheel tubs. Watch closely as I meticulously cut out factory metal to make extra room for the wheels, accommodating the vehicle's new bagged suspension system. Once the trailer fenders are welded into place, I fashion custom sheet metal pieces to fill in gaps, creating a seamless integration.T

Moreover, the added metal in the engine bay enhances the strength of our hood hinges, ensuring stability and durability. Witness the remarkable progress made as our project takes shape, bringing us closer to the vision we set out to achieve.
