Today we have a 30 minute HIIT Upper & Workout! Welcome to your 4 week commitment program! Don't forget to comment ant let me know if you did the workout and how you liked it!!!

Modifications are always welcomed and encouraged! To modify you can drop the weights, go down in weight or you can do jumping jacks. Your only goal is to keep moving throughout the work periods!
