A very nice player here! This is a step-bore horn, so it's very rewarding; minimal air and maximum sound. This bell is amazing; it produces an incredibly warm tone. This is the lightest trumpet I've yet weighed (I've only had my scale a few weeks though!); weighing in a 2 pounds, 1.7 ounces. Just over 2 pounds, and it's noticeably lighter than most other trumpets. Again, I'm amazed at the warm tone from this light trumpet. Enjoy! :)
