If Anyone is curious about the Context of the fight

Black Cat used to work for the Mafia, then the Mafia ended up stealing a ton of money from Kingpin.
Black Cat ended up double-crossing the Mafia, as she normally does, and she's trying to make off with Kingpin's wealth.

She needs one last data encryption chip from one of Kingpins Penhouses, in the outter limits of New York.

Meanwhile, Black Widow from the Avengers is given the task to apprehend Black cat, to return the money back from her, but also out from the hands of the Mafia as well. She is instructed not to kill her to avoid entanglement with the Mafia, and she's a more valuable asset, alive.

Black Cat can't kill Black Widow because if she were to, She'd be in much more trouble with the Avengers than its worth.

Cat get words that Natasha is on the hunt for her. She proceeds cautiously....
