American Burger

Ingredients
300 grams Chopped U.S. Beef
2 Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Washington Apple, slice
250 grams U.S. Frozen Potato straight cuts
½ tea spoon Ground black paper
½ tea spoon Salt
2 table spoon Olive oil
¼ cup Steak sauce
2 Burger bun
2 table spoons Salted butter
2 table spoons Mustard
Salt to put on U.S. Fries

Recipe
1. Mix U.S. Beef with salt and ground black pepper. Divide into two parts. Roll the beef into a ball before flatten slightly. Put into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
2. Spread butter evenly on the burger buns. Heat a frying pan and grill the buns until lightly yellow set aside.
3. Slice Washington Apple and grill lightly until the apple slices firm and fragrant.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan. Grill the beef patties until cooked on the side. Turn oven and put Monterey Jack cheese slice on top, continue cooking until done and the cheese melts slightly.
5. Spreads mustard at the bottom part of the bun. Then put lettuce, beef, apple on the bun. Put on steak sauce and cover with the top part of the bun. Serve with U.S. Frozen Potato Straight Cuts.
6. Fry 250 grams U.S. Potato Straight Cuts.
• Set the oil with temperature at 177c.
• Take the U.S. Fries Potato from the freezer and put in the frying basket until half filled to ensure even oil circulation.
• After frying for 30 seconds, shake the basket lightly and continue for 3-4 minutes.
• Lift the basket and shake 2-3 times to get rid of excess oil.
• Flavoring the fries with salt and mix well together.
