In this latest Coaching Call with entrepreneur, podcast host, and mentor David Meltzer, host Shawn Walchef discusses artificial intelligence and its role in shaping modern storytelling.

David’s answer was simple but powerful: he would take his values, his planned practices, his execution model, and his incentives, and weave AI into each of them.

“Every day, seven days a week, I’d be practicing AI,” he explained, stressing the importance of daily reps, prompts, and experimentation.

For him, AI is not just a tool—it’s a behavior that creates exponential aggregation and acceleration over time.

Meltzer also shared practical stories of how he integrates AI into his life. One moment involved using ChatGPT to generate customized feedback for a client as if it were written in his own voice—saving hours without sacrificing authenticity. Another was far more personal: researching new hair restoration treatments with AI instead of traveling abroad, proving its utility even in everyday decisions.

But AI’s real impact comes when paired with Meltzer’s Stage Theory. He explained how relevance, amplification, and modification across platforms feed what he calls the “social silo.”

Unlike a traditional website that depends on SEO traffic, the social silo ensures that once someone engages with his content, algorithms keep serving them more. “No matter how they change the rules,” Meltzer explained, “they’re going to feed you more of me once you go down that rabbit hole.”

For Meltzer, the psychology behind adopting new technology is just as important as the tools themselves.

From international meetups to SiriusXM collaborations, Meltzer continues to showcase how practice, technology, and human connection converge.
