PC: Blue Hearts (Speed Paint)

He ask me to draw Boomer giving a red flower for Bubbles at the beach. They're looking away cause... you know :D. So the background is decided from him so I did got improve with the backgrounds. I never realize that it took my 1 hours to do the background and I did something learned about making a water effects too. :D I hope I did it right as you imagine and I hope ya like it.
