Definitely an improvement over the standard ML120 RGB I think. The blade design is basically the same, but the "AirGuide" stator vanes are much better than the previous X struts that were used. I'm disappointed by the RGB implementation though, there are shadows on the inside of the blades, and the LEDs shine directly out at certain angles. This is because the LEDs are placed behind the outside of the rotor, rather than inside it like most other RGB fans do. I'm not really sure why they did this tbh, maybe the rotor needed extra reinforcements there for durability at higher RPM.
