Differences are his HP and ATK. From 5000 to 9000, and from 45 to 80. He can also drink a bottle of soup to restore 2500 HP, and get souped, which will give him 20% more ATK, DEF, MAT and MDF. He can also throw bottles of soup at you, dealing normal damage, with a slight chance of bleeding and souped (so he can buff you and share the benefits of soup)

Remember, the soup will never die.
