Did They ACTUALLY Make Pistol Strix GOOD? (Paladins Strix Buff)

Unauthorized Use got a pretty cool buff at the start of the patch... except it immediately had to be removed from the game because it simply didn't work! Evil Mojo has fixed it now, which means we get to properly test this newly buffed (and possibly his best) talent! Unauthorized Use still has all the flare goodies it had before, but now when you hit an enemy with a flare they take 20% increased weapon damage for 2s! With a 2s cooldown, Strix can make this debuff have permanent uptime on an enemy, and it increases the dps of his pistol to a surprisingly high figure! Is this buff enough to FINALLY make Pistol Strix good? Let's find out!
