Hey Guys! I hope you're all doing great! In this video I'll be using a completely different art supply that I have never used before. I have to say it was quite interesting making this video.
A little while ago I was sent these watercolor brush pens my Milo Art Supplies, to try them out and share them with you guys.
Before making a tutorial, I had played around with these brushes and used them in several ways so I can get comfortable.

In the video I will show you how you can use these in different ways and what kind of result would come out, this way you guys can also see how they work and if it's something you may like!

Here's my overall thoughts on these watercolor brush pens:

They are really vibrant brush pens. The set has 36 colors so you can use them in colorful themed paintings and like earthy toned paintings. That's a good thing.
For fine details, these are the best brush pens to have, like adding lines of a leaf, making little trees, birds, writing.
They work perfectly when you put them on your palette then use them with a brush like normal watercolors. When you use the brush pen directly on a wet surface, at first the color spreads nicely but then you will notice less colour spreading and it sort of stops and becomes invisible.
When that happened to me, I put the cap on my brush pen and put it away. Then, after a little while I used it again and it was working fine.
I also used this directly on a dry surface, like a marker. Then I put some water over it, at first the lines didn't blend out, then they did slowly and by the end they were visible really less. That could be a cool effect in some watercolor paintings, like water reflections, but not things like a smooth cloudy sky.

In conclusion, I'd say it would be a good idea to try these out because the quality of the watercolors is good, but you may have to use it differently based on your art style. If you simply want to experiment and have fun, definitely check them out: https://amzn.to/2VSypla *
