Inverter 2000W 48V | Test control board | Part 2

Today I have completed the control board of the 2KW 48V inverter, of course, you can also use it for 12/24/36/48 / 60V. You only need to change the transformer. with 12V, you use 7V to 220V transformer, 24V is 14V to 220V ..... This control board uses TLP250. It is safe and powerful, helping protect the control board when something goes wrong. The voltage feedback section is also isolated via 220V to 12V transformer. very safe. The main functions of this controller are:

Drive H bridge with TLP250
Feedback voltage 220V - 110V
Select frequency from 0 - 400Hz sine wave
Select dead time
Overload protection by CT
Overcurrent protection with shunt resistor
Over temperature protection
Low battery protection
Over voltage protection

This is part 2 of the 2KW video series. In part 3, I will calculate and design the transformer. Perhaps, part 3 will be the last part of this series.
