This laddu offered as prasadam in madurai amman temple and in many temples of Tamilnadu. Preparation of this recipe Is very easy with limited steps and ingredients but few tips and exact measures must be followed for assured taste. Making of this prasadam involves cooking of boondi followed by melting of sugar then making laddus. 1/2 kilo Sugar
450 ml Water
2 pinches Edible Camphor
1/2 kilo Besan
50gms Misri chips
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
2-3 tbsp Ghee
