Ingredients:
• 7 oz (1-2 bananas) of banana pulp
• 1/2 cup heavy cream (30-33%)
• 100g / 3oz sugar
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup milk

Step-by-Step Recipe:
1) Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
2) Add 1/3 of the prepared sugar to the bananas and squeeze the juice from half a lemon (make sure the lemon is seedless, or strain the lemon juice).
3) Blend everything until smooth.
4) In another bowl, add the remaining sugar and heavy cream, and whip with a mixer.
5) Add the milk and banana mixture, and stir until smooth.
6) Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent ice crystals from forming.
