Jesus’ disciples were terrified because of the huge storm, but Jesus showed them he has power even over the wind and waves.

Imagine what it would have been like to be in the boat during the storm: how would you have felt?
How did Jesus’ followers react to the storm? How did Jesus react differently?
How did Jesus stop the storm? What does this show us about how powerful Jesus is?
Why did the disciples need to experience this storm? What did it teach them about Jesus? 
What do difficult situations in our lives teach us about Jesus?
