My personal favorite running app is Runna, but a good free alternative is Runkeeper (I haven't used it but I've heard good reviews).

Instructions for finding your pace:
1. Go for an easy run and find a comfortable pace at which your heartrate is low.
2. Multiply the pace by either 0.8 (faster) or 0.9 (slower) to get your new per mile pace.
2a. To find the pace per mile in minutes, multiply the decimal by 60 to get your seconds.
3. Multiply your new pace by 13.1 miles.
4. To find time in hours divide that by 60
5. Finally take the decimal of that number and multiply it by 60 to get the minutes.
