What happens during this condition, you know, why it is called Monday morning disease? Because, you know, normally we give rest to the horses on weekends, on Saturday and Sunday, and then we put the horses to work again on Monday. When we put them to work on Monday, they will suffer from muscle damage. Why will they suffer from muscle damage? When you give the rest but keep the same high-energy diet, that carbohydrate will start accumulating in the muscle cells. And when you put on your work clothes again on Monday, these stored carbohydrates will cause muscle damage. When there is muscle damage, myoglobin will be released. This myoglobin will appear in the blood. When this blood goes to the kidney, this myoglobin will also be filtered out in the urine. So, the color of urine will become brownish due to the presence of myoglobin.
