The physics in Skyrim hold together okay during normal gameplay, but the fall apart when you start messing with settings in the console and creating crazy situations.

The intro sequence is even worse. This whole section is heavily, heavily scripted, which means that minor changes can just destroy the sequence.

The first part of the video shows the aftermath of one of my intro-breaking sessions. I have no idea what causes the horses to do that, but I love it. Notice the Imperial guard and Lokir embedded in the bottom of the carriage; I don't know why, but killing people in the cart with you teleports them to that section under the cart and locks their body there.

The second section is more of a demonstration of how to break the sequence. Cheese wheels and trolls are my favorite methods, and they're very effective as you can see in the video. I didn't record this, but if you do it yourself try spawning trolls during the actual execution sequence. Skyrim tries to continue the dialogue, actions, etc. while the trolls rampage everywhere.
