Ryan Serhant is back! While chatting with Access Hollywood, the former Bravo star shared what fans can expect from his new real estate show "Owning Manhattan." "There's divorce on the show. There are pregnancies on the show. There's like there's fights on this show … I mean, I fire people. I've never fired … no one gets fired on 'Million Dollar Listing,'" he shared. "It was probably the most stressed out I've ever been in my life was like our period of making the show," Ryan added. "Owning Manhattan" is available to stream now on Netflix.
