Triathletes can fix shin splints fast with this three-part routine that will quickly stretch our calf muscles, strengthen feet, and toughen up the shin splints reducing shin splint pain and making for strong running muscles in triathletes. Triathlon Taren suggests calf stretching exercises, then foot strengthening with a wobble board, then finally using a TheraBand to strengthen the area of shin splints runners often feel pain in.
