When i was still traveling the World filming In 2015 i was fortunate enough to be with Rodolfo for most of his training camp leading up to ADCC 2015.
It was during this time that i witnessed what it really takes to be a champion. I saw the sacrifices that he had to make and how hard he pushed himself each and every day.
The scene at the beginning of the video with Rodolfo doing interval training on the bike shows you the determination and heart that he has and how far he is willing to push himself.
Because of his hard work it was of no surprise that he won Gold in his division beating legends such as Xande Ribeiro and Felipe Pena.
Through my years of traveling and filming i always wondered what was different about the champions. What are the ingredients to be the best? From what i have seen its who puts in the most work.
