This is a more-recent ‘07 Danelectro DC59 (double-cutaway) semihollow bass made in Korea. Unlike the originals, it’s long scale like a P-bass and has an adjustable truss rod in the neck.

It’s like-new and comes with a gigbag. I set this up sometime in January, I think, and it’s been sitting here in storage awaiting the owner to come grab it. He’s got too many instruments, though, so it’s now up for sale. When I went to go do the demo video, I expected to have to at least tweak the truss rod a hair and tune it up but… no! It was bang-on and at-pitch. So? Stability? Yesssss.
